I used to be a lawyer. And before that I used to sell very posh jewellery. And before that handbags and Ralph Lauren clothes and before that tea and before that I was tech in a photo printing lab and before that or during that I did a degree in Psychology and then later I did another one in law. Obvs. Somewhere in between I also loved and dreamed that one day I would teach yoga and Pilates. But how? And when?! Also something about nutrition and health and exercise because why not? We are multi-dimensional and we can do more than just the one thing.

And you know what, in between all that I realised just how huge the world is and how many of us there are. So this is why I made this page or site thingy. This is for you so we can chat and figure stuff out. Thanks for being here. I hope you like it.
